West Boulevard Elementary School is excited to teach and encourage aproximately 400 students K-3. We are very honored to be a two-time winner of the prestigious National Blue Ribbon School Award.

Understanding each student's current level of performance, monitoring and adjusting instruction and interventions, and working with the family unit allows for a smooth transition from the school setting to home and vice versa. Open communicaton and a team approach are key to our success.

The idea of the 'whole' student resonates throughout everything done at West Blvd. Utilizing community support systems for mental health and social needs, partnering with organizations that help support the family unit, and providing resources to students and families for assistance cultivates our theme: "I AM IMPORTANT". We believe everyone is important and has something to offer in a friendship and/or a partnership. Understanding this simple concept nutures respect, kindness, and a caring and loving school community.
